Overview
The Policy Management page (Policies → Policy Management from the left nav) displays an overview of all active policies and their associated alerts in Netskope One DSPM.

Policy Summary
Review the number of active policies and how many exist for each severity level: critical, high, medium, or low. Click on each number to see a filtered list of policies for each category.

Alerts by Policy Types & Top Policies By Alerts
Click on a color in the circle graph to review a filtered list of policies by type. The largest colored portion of the circle indicates the highest number of alerts generated for the corresponding policy type. The Top Policies by Alerts list further details the number of alerts generated for each policy.

From any of the above screens, click on the policy name in the far left column to review policy information and/or make changes to policy conditions.

Click on a hyperlinked number in the Alerts/Tasks column, and you'll see a list of alerts associated with a specific policy, each of which can be drilled down into further detail.

Other Available Actions
You can also take the following actions on the Policy Management Page:
- Disable policies: If a policy generates false positives, you can turn it off by toggling the Status slider to the left, or Off.
- Enable policies: Find the policy you want to turn on and toggle the Status slider to the right, or On.

Edit an existing policy: Click on the pencil icon in the Actions column on the far right. The policy editor will open, where you can make changes to a policy type, name, description, severity, categories, and status.
- Copy an existing policy: Click the Copy icon in the actions column on the far right. The policy editor will open, and the policy name will be pre-populated with “Copy of…” followed by the previous policy name. All of the previous policy’s logic will be pre-populated in the policy editor. Don't forget to rename the policy.
- Archive disabled policies: Click the Archive icon on the far right of the Actions column. Once the policy is disabled, you can archive it, moving it to the Archived tab of the Policy Management table.
- View archived policies: Click on the Archived tab to the right of the Active tab, and you will see all archived policies. Archived policies cannot be enabled, but you can use the copy icon to duplicate an archived policy with its conditions prepopulated.
