Overview
The Company Profile screen let you inform Netskope One DSPM about any industry regulations which impact your regular business. Netskope One DSPM uses your responses to auto-configure Data Tags & Sensitive Data Types for the regulations you select.
There are two main uses for the Company Profile screen:
- New Customer Onboarding to Netskope One DSPM. During the first step of onboarding, Netskope One DSPM will ask you if you wish to configure the Company Profile. Once your regulation selections are submitted, you will recommence Onboarding at the next step.
- After Onboarding is Complete. Netskope One DSPM will regularly add support for classifying data in accordance with additional industry regulations. Follow our Release Notes to be alerted when support for new regulations is made available, you can edit this page to select the new regulations & drive auto-configuration of the Data Tags & Sensitive Data Types.
The below tables list regulations currently available for selection in the Company Profile screen, along with the Data Tags and/or Sensitive Data Types which the platform will auto-configure on your behalf:

Accessing the Company Profile
How you access the Company Profile depends on what point you are in the onboarding process:

During onboarding:
- Navigate to Onboarding
- Expand the onboarding wizard’s first step
- Click the Company Profile link
- After onboarding: navigate to Administration > Company Profile
Editing the Company Profile
- Click the EDIT button
- For each regulation that applies, mark its checkbox
- Click the SAVE button
- In the background, Netskope One DSPM will auto-configure the applicable Data Tags and/or Sensitive Data Tags
Any regulation selections you save cannot be undone. However, users with the correct RBAC permissions can still edit and/or delete any of the Data Tags or Sensitive Data Types that Netskope One DSPM may have auto-configured.
